For the purposes of UK data protection law, UserCompute Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, company name, your phone number if you choose to provide it, and the content of your message.
When you book a call with us we collect the same details along with your chosen appointment time.
We also collect anonymous analytics data about how visitors use our website, including pages viewed and approximate location derived from IP address.
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and conduct meetings, and to provide the services you ask us about.
Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and contract performance where we are providing services to you.
We use a small number of third party services to operate this website and manage enquiries. Contact form submissions are transmitted using FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers them to our support inbox. Enquiry and client records are stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system. Meetings booked through our website are handled by Calendly. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own data processing terms, and some may process data outside the United Kingdom under appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain enquiry data for 24 months from your last contact with us. If you become a client, we retain your data for the duration of our relationship plus six years, in order to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
Ask us to delete your personal data
Restrict how we process your data
Object to processing based on legitimate interest
Request a copy of your data in a portable format
